byproducts: TeF4O, KF, HF; Teflon-FEP ampule loaded in the drybox with dry KF, HNF2 added to the ampule at -142°C, mixt. kept at -78°C for 1 h, TeF5OF addedat -196°C, slowly warmed to -78°C for 87 h and then to -64°C for 1 h, further byproducts; fractionated, ampule allowed to warm to 25°C, fractionated;
