in tetrahydrofuran under N2, soln. of HMn(CO)5 in THF was cooled to -23°C, added tosoln. of formyl-complex in THF (-23°C), warmed slowly to room temp., Ph3SnCl was added, stirred for 1 h; solvent removed by rotary evapn., vac. sublimed at 60°C, residueeluted through silica gel column with ethyl acetate-hexane;
