n-BuLi; diisopropylamine in diethyl ether; hexane under N2 atm. to soln. DIPA in Et2O at -78°C n-BuLi in hexane wasadded over 20 min and stirred for 1 h at -78°C, 2,6-difluoropyri dine was added and stirred for 1 h, B(OMe)3 was added at -78°C, warmed to room temp, stirred for 1 h; aq. NaOH was added, stirred for 10 min, HCl was added, react. mixt. was extd. with EtOAc; elem. anal.;
