H2SO4 in the presence of CCl4 at +5 °C, stirring for 10 min, the formed Mn2O7 in CCl4 was reacted with the metal-compd. and a catal. amt. of H2O, H2SO4:CCl4 ratio=15:200 (v/v), stirring for 10 min; H2O was added, 10 min stirring, aq. phase was sepd., the anal. of soln. was showed the presence of lead permanganate (yield was 18.7percent), which decompd. during crystn.;
