反应条件
in neat (no solvent) adding H2O dropwise with stirring to POCl3 (cooled to 0°C) in ratio 1:1, subsequent stirring for 15 min with cooling and for 3 to 4 h at 80 to 90°C;; on thickening excess POCl3 is distilled off at 60 to 70°C at 14 Torr, fractionation in high vacuum yields P2O3Cl4 at 66 to 70°C;;
