in acetone addn. of CH3CH2COOH to aq. acetone soln. of NBu4OH, evapn. at 60°C to oil, dissolving in acetone, addn. of Cd complex slowly with vigorous stirring to complete dissolution; evapn, shaking with diethyl ether for 30 min, filtration, vac. drying;
