PPh3 in dichloromethane; acetonitrile byproducts: TlCl; dissolving Au-complex and PPh3 in mixt. of CH3CN and CH2Cl2, addn. of Tl-compd. in CH3CN; after 2.5 h centrifugation, supernatant removal (reduced pressure), dissolving in dry CH2Cl2, solid crystn. by slow diffusion of dry Et2O;
