in tetrahydrofuran C6H5COl is added dropwise to Mn complex in THF with stirring (inert gas), stirring for 0.5 h at room temp., refluxing for 2 h; renoval of solvent, addn. of CH2Cl2, filtn. (SiO2), evapn., addn. of hexane, chromy. (SiO2), sublimation at 65°C (oil pump vacuum), elem. anal.;
