反应条件
triethylamine; n-BuLi; TMEDA in diethyl ether byproducts: triethylamine hydrochloride; to suspn. 4-bromopyridine*HCl in pentane at 0°C was added NEt3 and stirred for 8 h, ppt. was filtered off, solvent was evapd., residue was dissolved in Et2O and aded at -110°C to n-BuLi/TMEDA in Et2O, B(OMe)3 was added at -110,degreee.C; suspn. was allowed to rich room temp. and stirred under N2 overnight, ppt. was filtered, dissolved in EtOH, soln. was filtered, solvent was evapd., residue was dissolved in EtOH/AcOH and refluxed for 4 h; elem. anal.;
