(Ph3P)2N was added to a soln. of {Pd2Co2(CO)7(dppm)2} in THF.; {Co(CO)4}(1-) and {Pd2Co(CO)3(dppm)2Cl} identified in soln. by IR. Evapn. to dryness, followed by successive extn. of the residue with toluene, THF, and CH2Cl2 and crystn. (C5H12), always gave {Pd2Co(CO)3(dppm)2Cl} with amt. of (Ph3P)2N.;
