under an inert atm.; the nucleophile was added to a soln. of Fe complex in CH2Cl2 at -78°C, the mixt. was slowly warmed to 25°C and stirred; after the completion of the react. the volatiles were evapd. in vac., the residue was extd. with CH2Cl2 and passed through alumina plug, the volatiles were removed in vac., the product yields were determined by NMR (an internal standard - anisole);
