in toluene under N2; toluene soln. of phosphine was added to toluene soln. of Pd-complex, after 1 h CBr4 was added (molar ratio phosphine:Pd-complex:CBr4 was 4:2:1), mixt. was stirred for 5 h; mixt. was filtered, soln. vol. was reduced to a half, equal amt. of acetone was added, soln. was left overnight at 4°C, elem. anal.;
