n-butyllithium; lithium diisopropyl amide; copper(I) bromide dimethylsulfide complex in tetrahydrofuran n-BuLi is added to a soln. of LiNiPr2 in THF at 0°C, stirred at 0°C for 15 min, HSnBu3 is added, after 20 min at 0°C cooled to -60°C, the Cu-complex is added, after 30 min the propynetosylate in THF is added; warmed to -20°C, poured into a satd. NH4Cl soln. containing KCN,stirred for 15 min, the solids are filtd., the filtrate layers are sepd., the organic phase is washed, dried, chromd., distd.;
