in neat (no solvent) samples crushed into powder, heated in reaction chamber in vac. at ca. 700 K for 2 h, temp. lowered to room temp., H2 put into reaction chamber in small portions in different alloy/H2 ratios; detd. by XRD, electron microscopy; content of hydrides depends on alloy/H2 ratio;
