in tetrahydrofuran a suspn. of Rh complex and 9,9'-dichlorobisfluorenyl in THF in 1:1 moleratio was heated at 50°C for 8 h under N2; solvent was removed, residue extd. with hexane to give bisfluorenylidene, residue was extd. with benzene to give RhCl(CO)(PPh3)2, the benzene-insoluble residue was chromd. (Al2O3, CHCl3 eluent) to give RhCl3(CO)(PPh3)2;
