trimethylamine in neat (no solvent) under N2 or in vac., Me3N : GeH3Br > 1, Me3N condensed onto GeH3Br at -196°C, warmed to -78°C, mixed, then warmed to -63°C; volatile materials removed at -63°C, small quantities of GeH4, Ge2H6 and Ge3H8 (2-8percent);
