n-butyllithium in diethyl ether; hexane addn. of BuLi in n-hexane to C5H(CH3)5 at -78°C, warming up to room temp. with stirring, pptn, filtration, washing with n-pentane, addn. of diethyl ether, cooling to -78°C, addn. of BeCl2 in diethyl ether and stirring for 3 h at room temp.; evapn., dissolving in n-hexane, cooling to room temp., removing the liquor after 48 h, sblimation, elem. anal.;
