in tetrahydrofuran under exclusion of oxygen and moisture, standard Schlenk techniques; soln. of ligand added to soln. of Er compd. (molar ratio 1:1) in THF; heated at 60-65°C for 24 h; volatiles removed with vac. condensation (80°C, 0.01 Torr); toluene added to residue; solvent and volatiles distd. off with vac. condensation; residue extd. with hot hexane (50°C); cooled to 20°C; elem. anal.;
