其制备方法是将苯酚112.8g(1.2mol),26%甲醇钠的甲醇溶液250g(1.2mol)加入反应瓶中加热回流,同时蒸出甲醇,甲醇蒸完后加入500mLDMF及158.5g(1.0mol)1,3-二甲基-5-氯-4-醛基吡唑,100℃反应4h,减压回收大部分溶剂后冷却,加入水,用二氯乙烷萃取,干燥,浓缩得230g液体(含有少量DMF,不经纯化即可用于下步反应),纯化后得无色晶体,即为成品。 | |
