1.由十六醇经溴化而得:将十六醇放入反应锅搅拌,加热、熔化,投入赤磷。在100℃时一面充分搅拌一面滴加溴素,控制120-130℃,约6h滴加完毕,继续反应并排尽溴化氢。冷却至50℃以下,加入饱和和氯化钠,搅拌洗涤,静置分层,分去下层废液后,再用水洗至中性,蒸馏,收集220-230℃(2kPa)馏分,得1-溴十六烷。 | |
