1.乙酸芳樟酯存在于天然香柠檬、橙叶、橙花、薰衣草、芳樟等精油中,因此可以从天然精油中用减压分馏的方法单离出乙酸芳樟酯。但工业上一般由乙酐与芳樟醇反应来制备。 在乙酐和磷酸的混合物中加入芳樟醇(磷酸与乙酐形成复合体催化剂),可以在较低的温度下进行反应。酯化结束后,先后用水和饱和食盐水洗至中性。加入无水碳酸钠脱水干燥后,减压分馏得产品,纯度>95%。得到的产品含酯量高,香气也较正。 | |
