由水杨酸甲酯([119-36-8])与碘乙烷合成邻氧基苯甲酸甲酯,再经水解、酸化而得。将金属钠、水杨酸甲酯、碘乙烷依次加入无水甲醇中,加热回流10h。回收甲醇及碘乙烷后倒入冷水中,分取油状物。用水及5%氢氧化钠溶液洗至pH=7,用乙醚提取,用无水碳酸钠干燥后回流乙醚,然后减压蒸馏得到邻乙氧基苯甲酸甲酯。将其加入5%氢氧化钠溶液中回流2-3h,放冷,用乙醚提取未反应的酯。提取后的水溶液用盐酸酸化,用水洗涤油层。再加5%氢氧化钠溶解,过滤后再用盐酸酸化,到出油层,冷冻结晶出粗品。酸化后的水层可用乙醚提取,也能得到一部分粗品。粗品经减压蒸馏即得成品邻乙氧基苯甲酸。 | |
