由1,4-二羟基蒽醌磺化制得。向反应釜中加水5000L加热至50℃,加入200kg1,4-二羟基蒽醌、420kg亚硫酸氢钠、105kg硼酸、126kg二氧化锰。然后在2h内升温至95~98℃,并维持在此温度下反应4~5h。将此反应物加入600L盐酸中,冷却至45℃过滤,用稀盐酸(在1000L水中加20L盐酸)洗涤滤饼,干燥,即得1,4-二羟基蒽醌-2-磺酸,该品为针状结晶,在稀碱溶液中先呈红紫色,后成蓝色。 | |
