由2-萘酚经溴化、还原而得。将2-萘酚和冰醋酸加入反应锅,再加入溴和乙酸配成的溶液。加溴毕,加水加热至沸,然后冷却到100℃时分批加入苔状锡,加完再煮沸3h,在搅拌下加到适量冷水中即析出6-溴-2-萘酚,经水洗,过滤,在100℃干燥,得粗品。经真空蒸馏,重结晶而得成品。 | |
