制备方法是用硫酸作催化剂,2,6-二氟苯腈与水发生亲核加成反应,生成 2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺的硫酸盐,用碱中和硫酸,2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺即可游离出来。将 2,6-二氟苯腈与 90%的硫酸加入搪瓷反应釜中,在 65～70℃搅拌反应 5h,再用NaOH 溶液中和至 pH=6,温度降至 20℃以下过滤,用少量水洗去吸附的硫酸钠,干燥后即得到 2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺。 | |
