以对氨基苯酚为原料，经重氮化、置换生成对碘苯酚，再与氯乙酸缩合得碘苯乙氧酸。于-5℃下将亚硝酸钠溶液缓慢地加入对氨基苯酚、水和硫酸的混合物中，之后继续反应20min。将重氮化液和铜粉先后加入碘化钾溶液，并于75-80℃下反应至无氮气逸出为止。冷却后用氯仿萃取，用硫代硫酸钠溶液洗涤萃取液，再经蒸馏回收氯仿后，收集135-140℃（61.3kPa）之馏分，即为对碘苯酚。将对碘苯酚、氯乙酸加入氢氧化钠溶液，于100℃下反应3-6h。稍冷后加入盐酸调节PH至3-5。用乙醚萃取，用水洗涤萃取液，然后用碳酸钠溶液中和成钠盐。分出水层，用盐酸酸化，析出结晶。分离后用50%乙醇重结晶得对碘苯氧乙酸成品。 | |
