其制备方法是由邻氯苯酚溴化得到2-氯-4-溴苯酚。 将邻氯苯酚和溶剂定量抽入搪瓷反应釜中,在搅拌、负压、冷却条件下,向釜内缓慢滴加一定量的溴素,温度控制在8～12℃,溴素加毕后,在常温继续反应2h,然后维持在常温下,慢慢加入定量的30%碱液中和反应物,搅拌0.5h后将物料抽到分层器,静置4h以上,下层即为55%～60%2-氯-4-溴酚钠水溶液,酸化即得2-氯-4-溴苯酚。 | |
