该品为口服胆囊、胆管造影药。毒性低,极秒有副作用。在正常剂量范围内对肝、胆、骨肠病患者安全。显影效果好,不需经胆囊浓缩即可清楚地显示胆管与胆囊。对一些需要作快速胆囊造影的病例,在服药后2.5-3h,已可达到诊断所需要的显影程度。大鼠静脉注射LD50为430mg/kg,口服为3320mg/kg。 |
