一、生产方法简述: 由邻苯二胺经环合、开环而得。将邻苯二胺加入甲酸 中,搅拌加热,在95-98℃保温2h。降温至50-60℃, 用10%氢氧化钠溶液调节至pH=10,降至室温,过 滤,水洗,干燥,得苯骈咪唑。在搅拌下将苯并咪 唑投入浓酸中,升温至100℃,慢慢滴加双氧水, 加毕,在140-150℃搅拌反应1h,降温至40℃,加 水稀释,析出结晶,过滤,水洗,干燥,得4,5-羧 基咪唑。 | |
