1 甲苯歧化与烷基转移工艺技术：S-TDT工艺典型的生产工艺流程：含有甲苯与含C10重芳烃的C9A原料与循环氢混合后，经反应器进出口换热器换热后，由加热炉加热到所需的反应温度，进入固定床绝热反应器，在催化剂的作用下，反应生成苯和混二甲苯。反应流出物经反应器进出口换热器换热后，再经冷却，进入高压分离罐，分离得到的芳烃液体进入下游分馏单元。分离得到的气体，其中一部分外排，绝大部分气体与补充氢混合后进入循环氢压缩机，经增压后用作循环氢。 | |
