三、 生产方法简述: 由2-氨基-5-硝基甲苯经氧化而得。2-氨基-5-硝基甲苯在硫酸存在下与过硫酸钾反应,温度保持在40℃。用水稀释反应物,再经水洗蒸馏得到2-亚硝基-5-硝基甲苯。将其干燥后和水配成悬浮液,然后加入重铬酸钾。搅拌冷却,在50℃加入硫酸,控制在50-65℃反应。反应完毕,冷至20℃过滤,用冰水洗涤固体物。然后加10%碳酸钠溶液使固体物溶解,过滤,液液用盐酸酸化,再经过滤、水洗、干燥即得成品。 | |
