由对氯酚钾盐与硫酸二乙酯反应而得。将对氯酚溶解在氢氧化钾溶液中,加入硫酸二乙酯,强烈搅拌,使反应物充分混合,加热微沸回流20min。冷却后,反应产物用乙醚提取。乙醚提取液加无水氯化钙干燥,过滤,蒸去乙醚,将剩余物蒸馏,收集210-214℃馏分即得产品,产率为85%。 | |
