3-氨基-2，4，6-三碘苯甲酸钠（见02780）乙酰化而得：先后将乙酐、硫酸加入反应罐，冷却至40℃后加入3-氨基-2,4，6-三碘笨甲酸钠。升温，于80℃反应3小时。冷却至室温，甩滤，用蒸馏水洗，得醋碘笨酸粗品。将粗品加水和EDTA搅拌1小时，过滤，用水冲洗4次。再将醋碘苯酸加入罐内，用氨水调节pH至8.5。过滤，用95%乙醇反复泡洗，滤去乙醇，得醋碘苯酸铵。将其溶解于蒸馏水，加活性炭脱色过滤，滤液用3N盐酸调节pH至1，再过滤，用50℃热蒸馏水洗至无氯离子，烘干，得醋碘苯酸。 | |
