按投料比将2,3,5-三溴噻吩、锌粉、醋酸、水和萃取剂一次性投入还原釜内,开启搅拌。搅拌30min后,升温至回流并保持平稳回流6~8h,再取样分析以判断反应是否达终点。反应完毕,先进行水蒸气蒸馏,再将馏出物加萃取剂萃取,并蒸馏回收萃取剂,最后接收159~161℃的馏分,即得产品3-溴噻吩。收率约90%。 | |
