1.由糖醛经空气氧化而得。反应在45℃,强烈搅拌下进行。将反应物过滤回收催化剂氧化铜,滤液用50%硫酸酸化至pH为3-2.5,吸滤,水洗,烘干即得糠酸。将糠醛在中性或碱性介质中,用次氯酸钠或高锰酸钾氧化2h,再用盐酸酸化,也可制得糠酸,收率右达98%。 | |
1.糠酸用于合成甲基呋喃,糠酰胺及糠酸酯和盐。在塑料工业中可用于增塑剂,热固性树脂等。在食品工业中用作防腐剂、杀菌剂,也用作涂料添加剂,医药。香料等的中间体。 |
