NCNMe2 in acetone and set aside for 12 h at 20°C, stirredd with Et2O, product filtered, washedwith ether, residue redissolved in CF3SO3H, cooled in ice bath and solid NaClO4 added; product twice recrystd. from water (45°C) by addn. HClO4 and cooling, washed with ethanol and ether and dried in air; elem. anal.;
