to a two-necked flask with N2 inlet introduced GeCl4; Sn-compound added dropwise at room temp. for about 5 min; stirred at 40°C for 3 h; flask attached to the vacuum line equipped with a trap, which cooled at -50°C to condense the product; product distilled by heating the reaction mixture up to 40°C;
