in methanol KNCO was added to a soln. of Ph3SnCl; the mixt. was stirred at room temp. for 2 h, poured in ice-cold water to give white ppt., the latter after additional stirring for 20 min was filtered off; purified by recrystallization from toluene; identified by elem. anal., IR and Raman spectra;
