in neat (no solvent) High Pressure; SmCo5 + 10 wtpercent NH4Cl ground under N2; placed in autoclave; evacuated to 1 Pa (30 min, room temp.); NH3 fed; kept (30 min, room temp); heated (400°C, 26 h, P(NH3) 0.64 MPa); cooled to 20°C; procedure repeated; NH3 transfered into buffer vessel; NH4Cl removed by sublimation (180-200°C, 2 h) or by washing with H2O and/or EtOH; dischared under inert atmosphere;
