Co salt at 0°C for 2 h; film exposed to water vapor (35-50°C, 15 s); solidified; mounted onto Al2O3 substrate; heated at 950°C (1.33E-3 Pa); mesoscopic Co grids obtained; detd. by X-ray microanalysis;
