1、由苯酐氯化制备 将苯酐及40%的发烟硫酸和少量的碘加入反应釜,搅拌下加热升温至70℃,通入干燥的氯气,避光反应50h,升温在100℃下继续反应1.5h后,补加一些反应介质(40%的发烟硫酸)。且将温度升至220℃。反应一定时间后冷却,将产物放入大量水中,结晶析出,经过滤、冷水洗涤,即得成品。 | |
1. 可用于聚酯、环氧树脂,但效果不如四溴苯酐。四氯苯二甲酸酐也是农药(稻瘟酞)、染料、药物、增塑剂、防火漆等有机合成的中间体。用作酞菁类绿色颜料及占吨系染料中间体,也是醇酸树脂的原料。本品用作阻燃型环氧树脂反应性助燃剂和固化剂。本品也是农药、染料、药物、增塑剂、防火漆等有机合成的中间体。 |
