其制备方法是以2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺为原料,经重氮化反应得到重氮盐,该重氮盐与二氰基丙酸乙酯缩合后再经关环,即得5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯基)吡唑。在反应瓶中加入硫酸和溶剂,在搅拌下分批加入亚硝酸钠,加完后搅拌30min,于20～40℃滴加2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺,并搅拌1h,得到2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺的重氮盐。在该重氮盐中加入水和2,3-二氰基丙酸乙酯,室温下搅拌2h,加入二氯甲烷,搅拌均匀后,将物料转移至分液漏斗中,分出水层,再用二氯甲烷萃取,合并二氯甲烷液,水洗,再用稀碱洗至pH=9,移入反应瓶,加入氨水,在室温下搅拌2h后分层,水层用二氯甲烷萃取,合并二氯甲烷层,再水洗至中性,蒸去二氯甲烷得到产品。 | |
