由糠醛制得。糠醛与芳香醛的性质类似,在氰化钾的催化作用下,发生安息香缩合反应得到对称二味喃羟基乙酮。然后经氧化得到糠偶酰。将158g硫酸铅(含5个结晶水),210g吡啶,90g水用水浴加热搅拌成均相溶液,再加入57.6g糠偶因,水浴加热搅拌2h后倒入1L冷水中,析出结晶,过滤,水洗,乙醇洗。再用乙醇重结晶即得糠偶酰。 | |
