苯绕蒽酮与溴溴化得3-溴苯绕蒽酮。加入次氯酸钠以充分利用溴。加亚硫酸钠除去多余的溴。在溴化反应釜中加入750~800L水、127kg、30%盐酸、190kg苯绕蒽酮、4kg氯苯和63kg溴素。在30~40min内升温至70~75℃,保温1.5h。然后用1.5~2h加入10%次氯酸钠溶液(234kg),搅拌1h。测熔点,达150℃为终点。加亚硫酸钠溶液除去多余溴。冷却、过滤水洗至中性,干燥得3-溴苯绕蒽酮约200kg。 | |
