byproducts: SiH4, HCl; at room temp. for 3 h; products distd. through two traps (-93°C, toluene slush, -130°C pentane slush), the second trap containing HSiF3 was isolated, evacuated for 30 min at -130°C (1.0 torr) to remove SiH4, HCl;

byproducts: H2; conversion of 2.093g SiHCl3 with 0.5g SbF3 in presence of 0.2ml SbCl5 at 10-15 °C for a period of 3 hours;;
